APPLICATION:
The panels for the Metering and Billing System (PSMF) are designed to take consumption measurements for energy billing, adapting to the needs of customers who wish to migrate to the free energy market. They are used in the most diverse market segments, such as energy concessionaires, industries in general, substations, power generation plants, small hydroelectric plants and other segments.
DESCRIPTION:
Panel with modular bolted structure with sill base, mounting plate, upper front door with polycarbonate visor (H=480mm), lower front door with polycarbonate visor (H=1380mm), removable covers: rear, sides, top and split bottom. Painted in accordance with NBR16680, electrostatic powder coating polyester resin 80 micrometres thick, structure and closures in Munsell grey N6.5, mounting plate in orange RAL 2003.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :
- Structure in 2.25mm carbon steel sheet;
- Mounting plates in 2.25mm carbon steel sheet;
- 2.00mm sheet metal door with internal hinges opening at an angle of 120º;
- Top door with Yale padlock;
- Lower door with Yale folding lock;
- Side, rear and top covers in 1.50mm carbon steel sheet;
- Split bottom cover;
- Grounding points on the frame, mounting plate and door;
- Lifting eyes.
