Our company has an online Industrial Monitoring system, based on the international MES system (Manufacturing Execution System). Each sector of the shop floor has a data collection module with a barcode reader for tracking work orders. The data collected is stored in a Performance Measurement System (PMS) and made available in real time, reporting on the current state of the entire production system. This procedure helps in the management and decision-making of all active production on the shop floor, as well as enabling our employees to assess Quality by Manufacturing Sector, and to be able to implement improvement strategies while still in the production process.
