The delivery time for collection of our products is on average 5 to 9 (nine) working days for collection. This period may change due to the availability of items in our stock, payment method and/or production time, and may be longer or shorter than the period provided here.

Some situations may alter the delivery time. These are: inconsistencies in the data provided at the time of purchase, refusal to receive the goods by third parties, absence of a person responsible for receiving the product at the place of delivery, natural factors such as rain, accidents, strikes, among others.
