CNC stamping

The process is a technology that allows metal surfaces to be simultaneously degreased and phosphatized through a simple single-stage cold operation. The reaction consists of depositing a thin layer of Iron Phosphates, covered by a special polymeric film based on Iron-Organic Phosphates, which ensures excellent adhesion of the finishing paint, increasing resistance to corrosion. As it is an organic product, it does not generate reaction sludge or other solid waste to be disposed of, or effluents to be treated. It promotes environmental protection, as it does not pollute water, soil or the atmosphere, and is environmentally friendly, complying with the ISO-14.000 standard.

Sealing
