Orders sent to the Panel must be shipped FOB, and the customer is fully responsible for contracting the freight or collection service. The customer can also choose to pick up the products directly at Painel's physical address with their own vehicle.
Painel reserves the right to check whether the carrier indicated actually carries out collection in the city of Ribeirão Preto. If not, the customer will be asked to indicate another carrier to make the collection.
After finalizing the order, we ask that you send an email to engenharia@painel.ind.br or vendas1@painel.ind.br informing us how you will collect the materials (FOB freight), so that we can finalize the implementation of the order and release the production of the materials. We emphasize that the role of the carriers listed above is solely and exclusively to provide quick assistance to the customer at the time of researching/contracting freight, suggesting some carriers that collect in our region. The customer must consult the carriers and ensure that the freight service provided meets their expectations, taking full responsibility for the freight contracted and the amount to be paid. Full responsibility for the freight contracted means issues involving the quality of the service provided by the carrier, delivery time, the amount of freight charged and its payment, and other conditions inherent in the negotiation of the freight service.
The customer can also indicate a carrier of their choice. Painel has no links with or responsibility for the carriers mentioned here, so it will accept the carrier indicated by the customer even if the carrier is not included in the Table. If the customer has their own vehicle, they can pick up the product at Painel's physical address.
