Founded in 1983 and established in the industrial area of Ribeirão Preto-SP, its firm purpose is to act responsibly in the design and industrialization of our products, focusing on the full satisfaction of our customers.
Our Quality Management System has processes duly certified in accordance with the NBR ISO 9001:2008 standard.
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, including the latest generation of computerized machines, which guarantee better precision and productivity. In addition, the application of modern production and control techniques, combined with the training and qualification of our employees, allows us to offer the market products with high quality, great prices and fast deliveries.
ONLINE INDUSTRIAL MONITORING SYSTEMOur company has a modern online Industrial Monitoring System, based on the international MES (Manufacturing Execution System). This technology provides data on production behavior, making the current state of the production system available in real time. Each sector of the shop floor has a data collection module with a barcode reader for tracking work orders. Representative process data is stored in a Performance Measurement System (PMS), so that our employees can assess Quality by Manufacturing Sector and be able to implement improvement strategies during the production process.

INITIATIVES
Childhood Education Program: guarantees employees who have been working at PAINEL for at least two years, and as long as they continue to be employed by the company, reimbursement of the costs of school materials for their minor children during the elementary school period (1st to 8th grade).
Company Library: made up of books, magazines and videos on a variety of subjects, it aims to encourage reading and awaken the search for knowledge: the raw material for human development. It is intended for all employees working at and for PAINEL.
AWARD
PAINEL has twice won the SIEMENS QUALITY PARTNERS award. This award congratulates the main collaborating companies included in the scope of Excellence in Supply during the year in which the award is in force. PAINEL received the SIEMENS QUALITY PARTNERS certification at the Brazilian level, as the best-rated supplier in the Light Boilermaking category in 2009 and 2011.
