Intended for electro-electronic assemblies, automation, industrial installation, among others, with IP-65 degree of protection (built to prevent the entry of dust and the penetration of water jets). Use outdoors (unsheltered).
DESCRIPTION:
Monobloc panel with sill base, mounting plate, front door, fixed sides, protective roof, removable back cover, bi-parting bottom cover. Painted according to NBR16680, electrostatic powder coating polyester resin 120 micrometres thick, structure and closures in RAL 7032 grey, mounting plate in RAL 2003 orange.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :
- Sill base in 2.25mm carbon steel plate;
- Mounting plate in 2.25mm carbon steel sheet;
- Door in 2.00mm sheet steel;
- Internal hinges opening at an angle of 120º;
- Yale lock;
- Protective roof in 1.5mm carbon steel sheet,
- Fixed sides in 1.50mm carbon steel sheet;
- Removable split bottom cover;
- Removable back cover in 1.5mm carbon steel sheet;
- 1200mm wide panels with double split doors;
- Grounding points on the frame, mounting plate and door.
