APPLICATION:
Suitable for industrial installations to accommodate equipment for protecting, switching and maneuvering loads. It has individual compartments to ensure maximum continuity of operation, safe access for operators, unqualified persons and maintenance services. The fixed compartments are isolated from each other to protect against contact with dangerous parts in adjacent compartments and against the passage of solid foreign bodies from one unit to another. They are classified into 06 types of barrier modulation: 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b.
DESCRIPTION:
MCC with bolted modular structure, sill base, internally divided into fixed compartments separated by means of division or barrier with fixed internal mounting plate, front door and side flange for cable passage, upper, lower compartments and side channel for cable exit, rear door, structure and closures in RAL 7032 grey, zinc-plated mounting plate or in RAL 2003 orange.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :
- Frame and sill base in 2.65/2.35mm carbon steel plate;
- Mounting plate: made from 2.65/2.25mm carbon steel plate;
- Vertical and horizontal structural profiles perforated every 25mm;
- Doors made from 2.00mm sheet metal; internal hinges open at an angle of 180º;
Quick-closing mini handle with Yale key;
- Side, top and bottom covers in 2.00mm carbon steel sheet;
- Split bottom cover;
- Removable sides for access;
- Grounding points on the frame, mounting plate and door;
- Sealing profiles on all removable parts;
- Eyebolts or angle brackets for lifting.
