APPLICATION:
Intended for the installation of standard 19" racks and/or electronic devices, energy metering systems, among others, with access to the equipment during assembly and maintenance through the opening of the tilting frame. The useful area of the frame is 42U - 1U = 44.45mm.
DESCRIPTION:
Panel with larger profiles, structurally shaped to provide greater mechanical strength, modular bolted structure with internal frame that can be tilted on axes allowing opening up to 120º with front closure by U lids, with sill base, depth-adjustable and removable mounting plate, front door, rear door, removable lids: side, top and bottom bi-parting. Painted according to NBR16680, electrostatic powder coating polyester resin, box and door in gray RAL 7032, mounting plate in orange RAL 2003.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :
- Frame and base sill made of 2.65mm thick carbon steel plate;
- Mounting plate: made from 2.65mm carbon steel plate;
- Vertical and horizontal structural profiles perforated every 25mm;
- 2.00mm sheet metal doors with internal hinges opening at an angle of 120º;
- Cremona gear lock, locking four points outside the door area;
- 19" tilting rack set;
- Perforated door profiles for mounting components;
- Side and top covers in 2.00mm carbon steel plate;
- Split bottom cover;
- Sides and top: removable;
- Grounding points on structure, mounting plate and door;
- Sealing profiles on all removable parts;
- Lifting eyes.
