Intended for electro-electronic assemblies, automation, industrial installation, with front, side and rear access, allowing side coupling.
DESCRIPTION:
Panel with modular bolted structure with sill base, depth-adjustable and removable mounting plate, front door, removable covers: rear, sides, top and bottom bi-parting. Painted in accordance with NBR16680, electrostatic powder coating polyester resin 80 micrometres thick, structure and closures in RAL 7032 grey, mounting plate in RAL 2003 orange.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :
- Structure and sill base in 2.25mm carbon steel plate;
- Mounting plate in 2.25 mm carbon steel sheet;
- Vertical and horizontal structural profiles perforated every 25mm;
- Door in 2.00mm sheet metal with internal hinges opening at an angle of 120º;
- Yale lock;
- Perforated door profiles for mounting components;
- Side, rear and top covers in 1.50mm carbon steel sheet;
- Split bottom cover;
- Sides, rear and top: removable for access and/or coupling;
- 1200mm wide panels with split double doors;
- Grounding points on the frame, mounting plate and door;
- Lifting eyes.
